Policy Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your insurance policy at any time. Please contact our support team or your dedicated agent to initiate the cancellation process.

Premium Refunds

Refunds of unearned premiums are calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date the cancellation request is received. Some policies may be subject to a minimum earned premium or cancellation fee as specified in your policy documents.

Processing Time

Once your cancellation is processed, any applicable refund will be issued within 10-14 business hours to the original payment method used.

Exceptions

Certain high-risk or specialized policies may have specific non-refundable components. Please refer to your individual policy agreement for detailed terms.
